Refund Policy for Aqra Academy
At Aqra Academy, we strive to provide the best possible online education experience for our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a parent may need to cancel their child’s enrollment in our online courses. Please read the following refund policy carefully before making any payment.
- Payment Schedule: Payment is made on a month-to-month basis, with payment due two weeks before the start of the following month.
- Cancellation: If a parent decides to cancel their child’s enrollment in our online course, they must do so at least two weeks before the start of the following month. Any cancellation made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund: If a cancellation is made within the two-week period, a refund will be issued with a 15% service fee deducted from the total payment. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation notice.
- Return of Equipment: To be eligible for a refund, all Aqra Academy equipment, including but not limited to computer and headphones, must be returned to Aqra Academy. The parent is responsible for the cost of returning the equipment to Aqra Academy.
- No Refund for Partial Use: There will be no refund for partial use of our online courses. If the student has already started the course, no refund will be issued.
- Disputes: In case of any dispute regarding refunds, Aqra Academy reserves the right to make the final decision.
